2017 ASC Annual Meeting Information


The recipient of a doctor of medicine with cum laude distinction from the Georgetown University School of Medicine, Cheryl C. Moore, MD, has served as a pathologist emphasizing clinical pathology and cytopathology at Frisbie Memorial Hospital Laboratory in Rochester, New Hampshire, since 2013. Engaged in her field, Dr. Cheryl Moore is affiliated with such professional organizations as the American Society of Cytopathologists.

The American Society of Cytopathology (ASC) was established nearly 70 years ago as a professional society for individuals engaged in the cytologic method of diagnostic pathology. The 2017 ASC Annual Scientific Meeting has been scheduled for the weekend of November 10 at the Arizona Grand Resort in Phoenix. Now in its 65th year, the meeting will include nearly 90 speakers knowledgeable in various areas of cytopathology and related fields of medicine. 

As always, speakers will focus on a broad range of topics pertinent to the field; common areas of interest will include new trends and technological advances in cytopathology, tips for enhancing a professional network, opportunities for continued education credits, and countless exhibitors promoting new products and techniques.
